Yeah, this album is very similar to the previous. No news for this band, only a good work. Support them! (I gave it an 8)

Stabat Mater Dolorosa!!!! This is a fucking Cd, just amazing. Without any doubt, one of the masterpieces of the extreme music of all times.
The music composition is just perfect, mixing ultrafast metal with great classical pieces. And also, the clean vocals in french of Master Hreidmarr provides to the album an amazing atmosphere of pain mixed with romanticism. I)t sound likes being crying for a lost love; gorgeous!!!
I think the best song is 'Stabat Mater Dolorosa' with great choir, but also 'Le Chatiment de la Rose' and the last epic 'The Scarlet Comunion'... Every note of this album has a very special sound.
And finally, what I can say about the artwork? Oh my fucking God, simply one of the best covers ever for me, and also great photographies inside the book.

Congratulations A.N.!!!!

Waiting for more here in Spain!!!

There we have a great cd from the french dudes.Black symphonic metal from the french elite reminding me of Emperor and Dimmu Borgir. They keep getting better and better.I think the best song is "Altar of Holocausts" but all songs kick ass. There is a cover of Candlemass' Solitude as well which is rather nice but i think they should have done better.

9/10

Aaah... This Album, and the rest of ANOREXIA NERVOSA, is just breathtaking! They are so brutal yet so subtile it is un thinkable! WHY!? That choir chanting: ''NEW OBSCURANTIS ORDER!'' over and over again, sending shivers down my spine! Hail Hail Tyranny! Brilliant piano usage!

Wow, and I thought these guys couldn't get much Sicker. This is sickness incarnate. Totally sick. Main complaint is the similarity in sound to their previous album. They haven't evolved much although the song writing is getting a little better and the individual songs stand on their own better. 9/10

What can i say about this lot? They are the extreme scarlet pimpernel's of Black metal! Their music is steeped with the ages of old with the violins sounding like this is a french film but with mental patients having access to and rewiring the speakers to bleed your ears and eyes dry!!

Apart from all that shit; this lot are fucking awesome! They are aggresive, harsh screaming brutal vocals (nothing like COF - much fucking better) fast paced and nothing short of an award!
Yes, their music is all very samey and once you've got past Drudenhaus, most of it is all a much of a muchness, however, it's SO good that you let em get on with it and continue..........

One of my favourite cd's.........along with all the rest of their's!!
