after a long consideration, i have finally concluded that this album [along with 'Moonlight'] is by far Christ Agony's finest effort, and i retract my review of 'Nocturn' which is surprisingly regressive in comparison. anyway, CONDEMNATION: crisp and heavy production, as always with C.A. you can actually hear the bass and it's interesting. pummeling drums, and Reyash provides excellent backups of both the guttural and clean varieties. stand-out tracks are 'Psalm of Livia Khao'tsu', 'Temptation Ov Lost', 'BloodSeedNation', 'Cult Domination', and my favourite, the 12-ish minute epic 'The Levithan'Suite'. the whole album is great though, and flows very well if listened in its entirety [which you should always do, of course]. i was surprised at how difficult it was to find a copy here in Canada, and even on online stores despite its fairly recent release. regardless, i tracked it down and it was worth every cent. if you see it don't hesitate to snatch it up.
