Great EP! I must say that I like this one more (though it has only 2 tracks) then "Unveiling the Essence". Mostly because of the production... But don't get me wrong "Unveiling" is a really good album, but I prefer the way they play on this EP. The songs are more to the point, & it all sounds & looks more underground (not that they were "mainstream"). You can also immediately pick out the song written by their ex-guitarist Astaroth, this one is more melodic. The song written by Marchosias is also melodic but in a different way and the song is overall more brutal. In my opinion Cirith Gorgor have recorded again a great release, and if their next album will be in the vein of this EP I can assure you they will definetly "crush" a lot of other so called "black metal bands" that are in the scene nowadays...
