1 hour of dark melodies without any rest. DD makes long songs with large instrumental parts, and they know exactly how to do it well.
The sound of the guitars are very characteristic of this band, a very heavy base and the lead accords with a sad sound around the song.
There is not a weak song in 'No Reply', only probably the piano one that like in 'Idle' I don't like very much, I'd prefer some type of instrumental guitar song.
It's pretty difficult to choose the better ones, probably 'I Wait', 'Unending Waves' and 'Everything that belongs'. The artwork is nice but I think the cover doesn't make justice to the album, it's difficult to imagine for the cover the type of music is behind Daylight Dies.

If you enjoy dark and melancholic music be sure that you'll adore this.

One of the most brilliant doom/death releases ever. Songs like The Lines That Divide & Four Corners are just fucking classic. Fans of OPETH, KATATONIA, NOVEMBRE gotta watch out for this band.

Can't wait to see their next effort.

10/10
