Hey all... i just emailed Evereve and that was their reply. i asked them, where is the Agressive vocals? and the reply is here, this email was sent to me by MZ Eve 51, the Vocals.
thank you for your mail and your interest in EverEve!

Well, about your question: EverEve has always been a band that is interested in progression. That means that we do not want to record the same album two times. So we developed our musical style with every album and all the aggressive vocals have not been a challenge anymore. You know, music is always a matter of personal taste: There are people preferring the aggressive style and others who really like the melodic clean style. So for us the second way is the best at the moment but we do not know what the next album will sound like...
But I think, even if the new vocals are clean the album is very brutal and intense! (but in a different way - it is more some kind of "psychological" brutality.

Hail to Egypt!

Hahahaha, "progressive". Good joke! To me, Evereve are just a bunch of trendy pussies. When they released their debut in 1996, Goth Metal bands like Theatre Of Tragedy or Lacrimosa were hip, and so they played that style (although I must admit that "Seasons" was very good nevertheless), and now they just do what every Gothic band did: they become more electronic, clean and Depeche Mode-like (as did Paradise Lost and T.O.T as well). Thousands of bands changed their vocal style from aggressive to clean before. Very prgoressive indeed, very individual. They´re just trendy, why don´t they admit it? Being trendy is bad enough, but being trendy AND dishonest is just pure poser-bullshit.
