What a shame! Here is a great never-released Demo-album... Lasting more than 40 minutes, including 7 tracks (from 5 to 9 minutes) with a good sound.
This album is the perfect mix beetween "The Art of Dreaming" & "Masquerade", still there is those typical oriental, yet symphonic keyboards, the guitar work becomes more & more heavy, mixed with good opera style vocals, the overall mood of this album is rather melancholic. Of course it mostly features a lot of “black-metal” voices (similar to those on Masquerade ) & fast parts. The original version of "Alive & Immortal" ? which opens this album is rather different from the one on "Masquerade" (no heavy singing & less progressive parts) but it’s a great version for those (like me) who are still addicted to "The Art of Dreaming"!The title track "Sublimity" is a great melancholic black metal song. "One & Everything" is one of the most surprising one; it includes a 3 minutes Techno/trance ending (rather similar to the "World’s end" demo 1995 from Vanitas(Dreamlord's old side-project)). The only instrumental of this album (The Old Ianna) is an excellent 9 minutes song, featuring bombastic keyboards. The other songs are really good too...
Even if this record is a bit less inspired than the first one, it stills a great album to listen to...
Let us hope for one official future-release!!!
