Yes, this is exactly what Iīve been looking for. The Finland nature must be really wonderful, if it causes such an emotions. I havenīt heard the woodland passage yet, but I guess it cannīt be much better. Its simply perfect, precious work, I love it.

This album is relatively old but still sounds very refreshing and makes me think that black metal hasn`t exhausted itself as a music genre.
If you long for something in vein of In the Nightside Eclipse than you are on the right path! This finnish band plays atmospheric black at its best. All music sounds on the keyboard background
that plays main musical themes and leads the music of the other instruments.Keyboard parts are done very well. All the time they possess that high ethereal feel.
Vocals are normal black metal screams. They remind Ihsahn`s manner of singing - as if voice soars above the music .
Guitars play tremolo melodies in mid 90s style but it`s a bit difficult to distinguish them coz the production is not quite good so they are somewhat blurred.
Vordven`s music is midpaced and fast paced for the most part. They also have slow parts like intros for music to gain speed and dash forward
like a hurricane with constant drumm pummeling that makes you want to fly on the wings of night above the distant land far below towards the frozen stream.
