But in all honesty I'm not that impressed. The title track "Deeper Down" seems a fairly straightforward and fast (in MDB terms of course) song and gets only more interesting halfway when the speed is cut down. (Still not Uberdoom though...) The Child of Eternity is also quite fast for My Dying Bride. There's even some thrashy vocals and solos in it. A Kiss to Remember comes straight from the Sinamorata DVD, and again it's one of their faster songs. Could this be an indication for a new direction musicwise? It's not a bad cd but it leaves me fearing the future. Rating: 7.5 out of 10
