sick, just sick. one of the most demented death metal albums of all time!! think youre a death metal head?? buy it!! | Review by: theexorcist The best work of Autopsy - no doubt.Whole album would be greater if added more gain to guitars and Chris'es vocs would not be so in front of everything else.Theres a parts when you just don't hear kick drum. But in the other hand album sounds like noone before/after.Unique.Cover artwork is one of a kind - a perfect description of bands lyrics. Review by: Maleficarum this album is very funny and nice-i am loughing every time i am listening the album-it is brutal ,but it is very humourous at the same time. There is some moments where you can enjoy and lough really hard. Not very good music but unigue sence of humour Review by: iudicium A total change in direction from the previous two albums. More shorter songs, and even some slight Grindcore tinges make this a departure from the previous albums. Disharmonic chords kick off with "Meat', necrophilia love songs (Rotting Face) and bleak songs about insanity (Funereality) make this album sick and depraved indeed. I love it! Once again Eric Cutler and Danny Coralles play some very memorable and unique solos, and Chris Reifert's drumming is as always great. I agree with the kick drum sound comment above, sometimes the production does let that side of it down. But overall this is a must if you are truly into old school Death Metal! 9 out of 10! Review by: Vermonol Easily as good as the previous two albums, and easily the sickest!!!Demented riffs, spastic drumming,Josh Barohn on bass (played on effigy of the forgotten!) and of course Chris's excellent vocals. The lyrics are also very creative and genuinely creepy. This album just reeks of originality, and the production just adds to the grimy sadomasochistic feel of the album. And the artwork beats anything from cannibal corpse. All the awesome doom elements are there along with a new more grindcore approach.Revel in each sick little scab of a song that this masterpiece of depravity holds!
