This is Behemoth's first album that has the least bit of clairity and coherence to it. Ok I'm exaggerating a bit. Grom wasn't really all that bad I suppose, but still... the production on this and the arrangement of songs shows a big improvement in Behemoth as opposed to previous albums. | This is probably my favorite Behemoth album, or at least my favorite as far as their older style goes. It seems that here is where they left their more melodic black-metal type style behind. Newer albums seem to have a bit of a death-metal influence. This band is always adding different flavors as their albums progress. This is one of their top albums, so check it out!! My Favorties from this album would include: "The Entrance To The Spheres Of Mars" "The Past Is Like A Funeral" "Driven By The Five-Winged Star" Review by: PillarsOfDrear This album is a changement for the music orientation of the band, now the band sounds a bit death metal. Great songs like "Driven By The Five-Winged Star" or "The Entrance To The Sphere Of Mars". I find Pandemonic Incantations melodic but keep some violence Review by: Lord_Byleth this album is absolutely killer. somewhat melodic, yet brutal as hell. this is a must for any death metal fan, 8.5 / 10 Review by: msatan81 Great great one! I used to hate this band but after this CD I just love them :-) Melodic and brutal, a masterpiece! Review by: jabol666 I think this album itīs the kind of album that have to be listened 9 or 10 times a day itīs very good specialy the live songs because the lyrics and the rythm of the music Review by: Gilles de Rais I Think The Best song On This Album Is Chwala Mordercom Wojciecha. This Song Sound Like Be Write In 10th Century. GREAT ! Review by: Pan Satyros this is definitely my favourite Behemoth release. it has the extreme aggression of their later death metal albums while still keeping one foot in their grim past. the result is a furious but cohesive release, and i think his vocals have never sounded better. everyone's already mentioned it but "The Entrance To The Spheres Of Mars" is a stellar track. the whole thing is great though and never ceases to please my Walkman Review by: False Messiah
