this a solo albim from dimmu borgir former guitarist Astennu amazing black metal,really fast guitar work with Astennu's soloes that feats the songs,great keyboards that creates a majestic feeling to the songs. i don't know if Astennu really plays the drums here becuse it's sounds like a drum machine. with nagash as the vocalist what else can you ask for... recommanded!!!! Review by: midvinter2 When I heard midvinter2's review about this, I got excited and simply ... got it. I'm not going to confirm his opinion, because it's not that good. Though its still good. I'm just cracking up, because of the stupid blurred vocals that appear on almost every song. Man that's annoying. And I agree with midvinter2's one statement, I don't believe (either) that Astennu played drums, and it really sounds like a drum machine. Astennu can't be a machine in guitar AND in drums... One bad thing ... we can't hear Astennu's incredibly cool guitar solos very often, but they're still there. Hiring Nagash in vocals was outstanding decision! He's even better than in Covenant!!!
