This is a fully acoustic album , in memory of Somnium , their former guitarist . Magnificent Masterpiece , You can hear the Trolls Eat A not yet dead animal and it is so unbelievable authentic !!!!! They haven't stopped experimenting with their sound, even though they have changed their lineup for this third album, which makes it completely different from everything I've ever known. If you ever wanted to spend some time in FORGOTTEN REALM, hanging out with Mages, Orcs, TROLLS and the others; with the opportunity to get familiar with their customs and mentality, your wish will finally come true! This whole album follows the life of the Trolls: their work, wars, travels, meals, sleeps, rejoice,... The only thing that I'm sorry about is that we didn't receive lyrics translated in English since the album is conceptually arranged. Many of "fans" have objected this issue because it isn’t black metal album (by which they were alluding that band is "softening") even though "Visor om Slutet" proves unlimited virtuosity and imagination of Finntroll. Layers, arrangements, and variety of instruments used make the atmosphere unforgettable and open a completely new view of world surrounding us, as well as our fantasy-worlds. - 10/10. Review by: Dachaz First of all, this is not true metal music, although Finntroll is metal band. This is still very good music, especially when you are on emotional mood. This was also the last album where Teemu "Somnium" Raivoranta played, before he died and the album is dedicated for him.
