Such a disgrace that none have reviewed this amazing band. Like Judas Iscariot, this one-man American black metal band is amazing. Both bands play all the instruments, although I must say, Wrest does a MUCH better job of drumming that JI :P Anyways back to the cd, this is just about as grim as you can get. Buzz-saw guitars that rip your eardrums, pounding drums, and screams that feel as if your soul is being rent apart. Not to mention, the lyrics are actually thoughtful, as opposed to the usual "hail satan, fuck christianity" thing that bm usually has going on. Pure, raw, American black metal, this certainly gives the European bm bands something to worry about. The vocals are a bit tricky to get used to, but once your ears are broken in this is an amazing release.
