Actually "The Burning" is a real strong debut, all songs are strong and it still original i think, all thought that their Deicide-sound disappeared on their later albums i really miss the rawness on their debut. | Songs like "Soulicide demon-might","Forget the light" and "Forever heaven gone" is classics i think! Review by: alcot´hrasher This is definitely one of the best debut albums I've ever heard. If any other bands from Goethenbourg or other towns in Sweden are praised as been the creators of a "new sound", Crown Of Thorns (the other name came later) became the true leaders, even though not having so much fans in the beginning. Of Good And Evil is just one of these classics. Review by: Anselmo This album is fucking awesome:-) death metal purity... forget the light .this song is so sad a full of hate and pain like no other song... love it... you find in it black metal parts... the guitar play..but its death metal:-) Unnormal and suiciadal lyrics... if you want to hear HATE listen to this album!!! Blasphemy Review by: parom This is not necessarily a bad album, but I find it very hard to listen to. The lack of quality recording kind of ruins it for me. I also am a fan of their more melodic albums (every other one). I reccomend it to Crown fans, but it should not be the first one you get. Definitely start with Deathrace King or the ultimate, Hell Is Here. Review by: sandrothecoolman
