Nokturnal Mortum have changed. I prefer the earlier releases ... the majestic goat horns and lunar poetry...this is a good folk album but difficult to call it black metal. I did not like the instrumental parts between each 'bm' track... and absolutely found sickening the vocals on 'The Taste of Victory'. I sadly give a 35% to this one. NM disapointed a lot of old fans with this release. Review by: Abraxas Daemonei Occultus Well... I have heard this album two days ago... and... is so fucking great!!!... Black Metal don`t must to be always raging and cold!!... this album show the other aspect what black metal can to be... this is a masterpiece, for me, mixed heavy metal elements with classical voices of black metal, folk atmopheres, so great clean voices where the song sound like ancient warrior himn... so fucking great album!!!... so fucking great black metal... hail Nocturnal Mortum...
